Bio

I am a paramedic in Toronto, and live in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. I try to ride my bicycle to work every shift, commuting all year round. I am a member of the Randonneurs Ontario, the Ultra Marathon Cycling Association, and the Canadian Kilometre Achievement Program. My jouranl will be primarily about my cycling, and a little about my family (wife, and son soon to be 4) and my job.
